Shipping insulators coast to coast can be an expensive proposition. I just got a first hand look at the new Flat Rate Boxes. They measure 11" x 8 1/2" x 5 1/2" and cost $7.70 to ship REGARDLESS of weight. To give a sense of size, I was able to fit 6 unwrapped insulators in 1. Depending on the CD, you can probably fit 2-3 insulators safely and come out ahead shipping.
