The photo on the left appeared in Milhollands 3rd Revision, page 369; and 4th Revision, Bicentennial Edition, 1976, page 425. The latter was the last book they published. It is show as a CD 1025. The photo on the right, is the same insulator, in person, 30 years later... This CD 1025 has not been listed in any of the McDougald's books because it has never been seen or verified...
